The hardware topology structure of BMS is divided into two types: centralized and distributed. centralized is to centralize all functions of the battery management system into one controller, which is more suitable for applications with small battery pack capacity or the types of modules and battery packs are relatively fixed, and can significantly reduce system costs. We provide SGTMOS of 30V~150V for high thermal design power consumption, and PDFN3*3 package SGTMOS that provides independent protection for single lithium battery or lithium iron phosphate battery.
For the linear switching circuits, we provide MOSFETs with optimized switching characteristics to be more suitable for applications in various electronic loads.
For the power amplifier circuits, we provide SGTMOS of 30V~150V, with excellent switching characteristics and low reverse recovery time. Our SGTMOS has the advantages of small size, light-thin, high density, high efficiency, low noise, and high reliability, and can be widely used in communication DC-DC converters, industrial DC-DC module systems, automotive electronic DC-DC module systems, etc.
