Since all orders are custom made to your specifications, once an order is put into production, or special request materials have been ordered, we cannot grant a refund or cancel your order.  You will be notified via email once your order has been put into production or special request materials have been ordered--after that time you will be unable to request a refund or cancel your order.  The Wedding Garter is not responsible for postal delays or lost packages shipped to the shipping address on file.  We do not accept returns since each order is custom made for you.  Thank you!

The Wedding Garter is the sole owner of the information collected on TheWeddingGarter.com.  TheWeddingGarter.com collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Orders
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form.  You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address).  We use this information to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
