Yes, it is perfect and very beautiful.  It fits like a charm too. Thanks for making it so quickly.  I want to thank you for getting this done.  We had ordered one from XXXX, but were highly disappointed in their results.  We are sending theirs back for a refund.  After getting the garter from you for my Daughter to wear as the Maid of Honor, which we all thought was just stunning; this one from the XXXX just seemed to fall really short and plain.
